President Trump Declared in Excellent Health After Routine Check-Up
President Donald Trump, 79, underwent a routine physical examination at
Walter Reed Medical Center on October 10, 2025, as part of his ongoing health maintenance plan.
According to White House physician Dr. Sean Barbabella, Trump’s lab results were “exceptional,”
and his cardiac age was estimated to be 14 years younger than his actual age.
Comprehensive Evaluation
The exam included cardiovascular testing, imaging, and lab work, along with updated influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.
Dr. Barbabella reported that Trump remains in excellent overall health, showing strong heart, lung, and neurological function,
and continues to maintain a demanding daily schedule without restrictions.
Addressing Minor Concerns
In July, Trump was treated for chronic venous insufficiency, a common condition in older adults, after swelling in his legs.
He also experiences mild hand bruising attributed to frequent handshaking and aspirin use.
Despite being the oldest elected U.S. president, Trump remains active and fit to serve.
