Parents Stunned When They See
Celebrating Winry’s Unique Beauty
Nicole Hall is dedicated to celebrating her 13-month-old daughter Winry,
born with a rare skin condition called congenital melanocytic nevi (CMN), which gives her a striking birthmark.
Nicole recalled, “When they first handed her to me, I thought it was a bruise…
But it was quickly apparent that it was not. It resembled a mole.”
Winry’s birthmark covers part of her head and face,
but her parents view it as a symbol of individuality and strength.
“She’s the happiest baby you’ll ever meet… She’s full of energy, laughter, and love,” Nicole says proudly.
CMN develops before birth and, while generally harmless, requires monitoring.
Nicole emphasizes both medical care and awareness, sharing Winry’s story on social media to inspire acceptance.
“If even one family feels less alone because they see Winry’s story, then sharing it is worth it,”
she explains, hoping her daughter grows up knowing she is beautiful just as she is.
