Michael J. Fox Shares Emotional Health Update

Michael J. Fox, 64, has opened up about his ongoing battle with Parkinson’s disease,

which he’s lived with for over 30 years. The beloved Back to the Future star admitted the condition

has become harder with age but said he remains focused on hope and perseverance.

“I’m not going to lie — it’s getting tougher,” Fox said.

Since founding The Michael J. Fox Foundation in 2000, he has helped raise over $2 billion for Parkinson’s research.

Despite frequent falls and balance issues, he remains resilient: “Every time I fall, I get back up.”

Fox credited his wife, Tracy Pollan, and family for their unwavering support.

Though he no longer expects a cure in his lifetime, he added, “There’s always reason to hope.”
