Police have confirmed the final missing girl from Camp

All Missing Camp Mystic Girls Found After Texas Storm

Texas officials have found the last of the 27 girls who went missing during last month’s deadly storm at Camp Mystic. The youngest victim was discovered “lying peacefully” in a wooded area near her home, unreachable until floodwaters receded. “She was almost home,” a family friend said.

Locals left flowers and candles at the site. Her family thanked search crews and asked for privacy to honor “the joy she brought to others.”

Authorities continue investigating what led to the mass disappearance, including environmental and structural causes. “This marks the conclusion of one chapter,” Detective Lila Moreno said, “but also the start of understanding.”

The flash floods killed at least 70 people—21 of them children. Victims included Sarah Marsh, called a “lovely, feisty light,” and best friends Eloise Peck and Lila Bonner. Sisters Blair and Brooke Harber were also among the dead. The community remains in mourning.
