Inside Tyrus’s House Full of Kids: Chaos, Laughter, and Lessons in Patience
When he’s not on TV, Fox News contributor and
former wrestler Tyrus is juggling life as a dad of six in what he calls
“part sitcom, part circus, and part Hallmark movie.”
At home with his wife Ingrid Rinck, their blended family includes teens and younger kids —
“You’re in every stage of parenting at once,” Ingrid said.
Mornings resemble a diner rush.
“I wrestled in front of thousands, but nothing compares to the pressure of six hungry kids staring at you at 7 a.m.,” Tyrus joked.
Despite the chaos, laughter keeps the family close — from “training” the dog to fetch homework to Friday-night wrestling matches.
“I’m undefeated, but only because I let them wear me down,” he laughed.
Tyrus and Ingrid rely on humor and teamwork. “We don’t try to be perfect,” he said.
“We just try to show up for each kid, every day, in the way they need us.”
