Ace the Cat Finds an Unexpected Friend
Ace, a one-eyed rescue cat, had a rough start living on the streets before being adopted by a loving family.
His unusual look can scare some children.
“He can sometimes seem scary, especially to children,” said owner Norma Maikovich.
A Surprise Visitor
To watch over Ace, who enjoys lounging in the driveway, Norma installed a security camera.
What she saw surprised her—a young boy visiting Ace daily to play and cuddle.
“It melted our hearts, not just seeing how much Ace loves this boy, but how familiar they were to each other!”
An Unlikely Friendship
Despite Ace’s appearance, the boy wasn’t afraid. Their growing bond was clear.
“It’s awesome, this bond they share,” Norma shared.
A Warm Welcome
Now, the boy no longer sneaks visits.
“A friend of Ace’s is a friend of ours,” Norma said, happy to welcome him anytime.
