a holiday greeting quickly shifted into an angry political rant.
He made unsubstantiated claims about immigration benefits and attacked Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and
Representative Ilhan Omar,using derogatory language toward both officials.
He also made offensive remarks about Omar’s hijab and used negative language when referring to Somalia, her birthplace.
Many people online condemned the post as inappropriate and unpresidential, questioning Trump’s judgment and tone.
In response, Governor Walz indirectly pushed back by suggesting Trump should “release the MRI results,”
contrasting sharply with Walz’s own positive Thanksgiving message.
