Phillips Family Missing Since 2021
Tom Phillips and his three children — Jayda, 12, Maverick, 10, and Ember, 9 —
disappeared from their New Zealand home in October 2021 after an alleged argument with their mother, Cat.
Family Pleas for Return
After a reported sighting of the group in the bush,
Cat said it felt like “Christmas came early” but accused Tom of using the kids as “pawns.”
Tom’s mother, Julia, pleaded,
“Every day I wake up and hope that today will be the day that you all come home.”
Sister’s Message
His sister Rozzi urged Tom to come back, saying the family would help him
“walk through what you need to walk through,” describing him as a skilled builder possibly living off-grid.
Police Search
Authorities believe the family is hiding in Waikato.
Tom is wanted for a bank robbery,
and police warn he is “likely armed.” A reward of NZ$80,000 remains in place.
