Prosecutors say McIver interfered with law enforcement,<\/p>\n
while her defense argues she was performing lawful congressional oversight and that ICE agents escalated tensions.<\/p>\n
Judge Jamel Semper has not ruled on a motion to dismiss but criticized the government\u2019s handling of the case.<\/p>\n
