JUST IN: Democrat ‘Maryland Man’ Hoax Officially Buried After …

1. New Evidence Challenges Peaceful Immigrant Narrative
The image of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a deported Maryland father, as a harmless immigrant has been questioned after new evidence linked him to a human trafficking ring. A 2022 traffic stop in Tennessee revealed he was transporting seven people in an SUV. Surprisingly, “FBI agents told the Tennessee officers to release Garcia and the others from the scene,” according to the Tennessee Star.

2. Ties to Human Smuggling Operation
Court documents reviewed by Just The News show Garcia was driving a Chevrolet Suburban previously flagged by Homeland Security as part of a human smuggling network. “The vehicle travels to the southern border to pick up non-citizens,” a DHS memo stated. The vehicle’s registered owner, Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, had pleaded guilty to smuggling migrants and served 18 months in prison before being ordered deported.

3. Identity Dispute and Gang Allegations
A DHS source claimed, “Abrego Garcia and the Hernandez Reyes who was sentenced are the same person,” though this remains unconfirmed. Garcia also had a 2019 arrest for illegal presence and was identified by courts as a member of the violent MS-13 gang.
