A Shocking Discovery
While walking his dog in Glen Burnie, Maryland, Ted heard a strange noise from the bushes. Expecting an injured animal, he instead “came across a human baby hiding in the bushes!” The newborn, still attached to her placenta, lay in an improvised sack. Stunned, Ted flagged down a passerby, and together they rescued the baby before police arrived.
A Ray of Hope
Though covered in scratches, the baby was healthy. “Her robust health served as a source of hope in the face of hardship.” She was taken to the hospital for care.
Acts of Kindness
The baby’s missing mother was found the next day. Ted’s quick actions “gave a young child a second chance at life” — a quiet reminder of how compassion changes lives.
