Michelle Obama shares shocking reason
Michelle Obama has firmly stated she will not run for president.
Speaking in New York, she dismissed the “Michelle 2028” campaigns,
saying Americans are “not ready for a woman” in the White House. Referring to the 2024 election,
she added the country “ain’t ready” and told supporters, “you all are lying,”
accusing them of not truly supporting a female president.
Obama cited a cultural issue, noting “a lot of men who do not feel like they can be led by a woman.”
She has consistently rejected a political run, highlighting the personal sacrifices involved and the impact on her daughters,
saying they “have already served their time” in the White House.
Despite her popularity, she prefers focusing on writing, her production company, and philanthropy.
She believes the country has “a lot of growing up to do” and has no intention of being president.
