The conservative movement is in shock after Charlie Kirk, 31,
died from injuries after being shot during a Q&A at Utah Valley University.
Trump’s Statement
Former President Donald Trump shared the news on Truth Social:
“The Great, and even Legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead.”
He praised Kirk’s influence on young conservatives, adding:
“He was loved and admired by ALL, especially me… Charlie, we love you!”

Kirk, head of Turning Point USA, was a leading figure in youth conservatism.
Just hours before the shooting, he promoted his “American Comeback Tour” online.

JD Vance called him “a genuinely good guy,” while Marjorie Taylor Greene remembered him as a “husband, father, and friend.” Even Gov. Gavin Newsom denounced the violence as “vile political violence that robs… the nation.”
