The First Ever Albino Twins Born In Argentina

A Rare Birth
In 2018, twins Virginia and Catalina were born in Argentina with striking snow-white hair, making headlines nationwide.

Their father, Jorge Gomez, recalled, “When they gave us the news that we would have two babies,

it gave us a lot of happiness and when they were born and we saw that they were albinos, that happiness did not change at all.

For us it is a blessing.”

A Unique Condition
The girls were born with albinism, a rare genetic disorder that reduces or eliminates melanin, affecting skin, hair, and eyesight.

They were the first albino twins in Argentina. Despite being born prematurely at 36 weeks, both twins were healthy.

Growing Up Special
The family takes precautions for their sensitivity to sunlight but celebrates their uniqueness.

Last year, the twins even modeled custom-made dresses, charming everyone who saw them.

A Message of Love
Their story highlights the beauty and uniqueness of albinism.

Jorge and his wife raise them with unconditional love, ensuring the sisters always have each other.
