The love story of Sean Duffy and Rachel Campos-Duffy:
From Reality TV to Married Life
Before politics and Fox News, Sean and Rachel Campos-Duffy were MTV reality stars.
Rachel appeared on The Real World: San Francisco, and Sean on The Real World: Boston.
They met in 1998 during Road Rules: All Stars. “We laughed the whole time,” Rachel recalled of their first real date.
By the end, she told him, “I’m going to marry you.”
They wed in 1999.

A Growing Family
The couple now has nine children. “They just kind of happened,” Rachel told National Review, calling each one “a blessing from God.”
Their youngest, Valentina, was born with Down syndrome and a heart defect.
“Our baby…
will need even more love, time, and attention,” Sean wrote when resigning from Congress in 2019.
Faith at the Core
“Our family is only as strong as our marriage,” Rachel said.
Both devout Catholics, they credit faith with keeping them united:
“Having the same faith takes away a lot of potential disagreements.”

A Love Story That Lasts
As Donald Trump noted, Sean is “the husband of a wonderful woman… and the father of nine incredible children.”
Today, they balance family, faith, and careers while proving true love endures.
