Trump posts disturbing AI video of himself
“No Kings” Protests Sweep the U.S. Amid Trump’s Controversial Response
Millions of Americans marched across 2,500 cities on Saturday in the “No Kings” movement,
protesting what they called President Donald Trump’s “authoritarian power grab.”
Demonstrators carried signs like “Democracy,
Not Monarchy” as leaders such as Bernie Sanders and Chuck Schumer
joined crowds in calling it “a stand for democracy itself.”
Protesters Speak Out
Colleen Connell of the ACLU told CNN:
“There are clearly more of us than those who want an autocracy or a dictatorship…
We are going to protect our democracy with peaceful protest.”
Trump’s “King” Video Sparks Outrage
Instead of addressing protesters, Trump posted an AI-generated clip of himself flying a jet labeled “KING TRUMP,”
wearing a gold crown, and dumping sewage on protesters.
Vice President JD Vance added a meme showing Democrats kneeling before Trump.
Defiant Response
Trump later quipped, “They’re referring to me as a king. I’m not a king,” while calling the protests “a joke.”
Republicans branded the rallies “anti-American,”
but the No Kings coalition countered: “America belongs to its people — not to kings.”
