Wild Sna..

“Not Just a Friendly Visitor”

Jake’s quiet day by the lake took an eerie turn when a black snake slithered up to him—calm, close, and oddly curious.

“It just stopped and lifted its head… almost like it was begging,” he said.

Moved by curiosity, Jake offered water, and to his shock,

“the snake drank from the glass.”

Alarmed, he called Animal Control.

Officer Mark arrived and immediately sensed trouble. “Not usually.

We need to be careful with this one,” he warned.

The snake stayed still, watching them silently.

“Animals act differently when something’s wrong,” Mark added.

As the sun dipped low, birds suddenly took flight. “They’re spooked.

Something’s nearby, or something’s about to happen,” Mark muttered.

Though they never found the cause, the moment left them shaken.

“We’re not moving until we’re sure it’s safe,” Mark said—a reminder that even in calm places, nature can turn mysterious fast.
